GENERAL POLICIES
Booking + Deposit
All appointments are by reservation only and must be booked online through the official website. A non-refundable, non-transferable retainer is required to secure all appointments. This retainer protects the time reserved for you and is applied toward your total balance at checkout.
Remaining balance is due in cash or Zelle only, no other payment methods are accepted. Please arrive prepared to ensure a smooth experience. Each appointment is precisely timed and customized.
Please select the correct service at booking so everything is prepared perfectly for you. (If you are ever unsure, send an email before booking, I will guide you personally.)
Appointments are private and uninterrupted. Arrival instructions are sent the day before your appointment via SMS.
All communication flows through email, it’s the fastest and most reliable way for me to stay on top of everything while in the studio.
Please arrive in a calm, timely manner to ensure a seamless experience.
Reschedules + Cancellations
To cancel or reschedule, use the link in your confirmation email. All changes must be made through the website. Changes are only accepted through the official booking system
Changes must be submitted at least 48 hours before your appointment. Requests made within 48 hours forfeits your retainer, and the appointment will be cancelled. If you cancel without rescheduling, your retainer does not carry over. A new one will be required to book again.
Clients may reschedule up to 2 times within policy guidelines. No refunds will be issued for missed, canceled, or altered appointments outside of policy. Beyond that, a new retainer is required.
No-Show + Late Arrival
If you do not show up for your appointment and no notice is given, your retainer will be forfeited and future bookings will be restricted. No exceptions. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your retainer forfeited. Sessions will not be rushed to accommodate late arrivals.
Please plan ahead for traffic and travel delays to ensure a smooth, timely experience..
Service Forms
Every client fills out a quick form before their appointment. It helps me create the safest, most beautiful result, perfectly suited to you. Please take a minute to answer honestly, it makes all the difference in your final look
Contact + Booking Inquiries
If you have any questions at all, please reach out by email, all communication flows there. It’s the quickest and most reliable way for me to stay organized while I’m in the studio.
Guests + Studio Access
To maintain a calm and focused environment, only clients receiving services may be present in the treatment room. Please make arrangements in advance for any guests, children, or pets before your appointment.
A comfortable lounge area is available in the building for anyone accompanying you, where they must remain with a supervising adult for the entire appointment. If no supervising adult is present to remain with your child during the appointment, service will be denied or must be rescheduled, no exceptions.
This policy protects limited studio space, upholds sanitation standards, and maintains a professional experience for all clients.
Healing + Results
Results are not guaranteed, as every client’s skin heals and retains pigment differently. This is normal and expected for all PMU services.
Your brows may fade 20–40% lighter after the first session, depending on your skin type and how your body responds to the pigment.
For Hybrid Stain and Henna services, results may vary. Oily skin may break down the color faster, while dry skin may retain it longer.
Healing and results are also impacted by aftercare, lifestyle, and product use. Please follow all prep and aftercare instructions carefully to support your final result.
Touch-Ups For Permanent Makeup
Touch-ups are a vital part of the PMU process, they help reinforce pigment, perfect symmetry, and ensure your results last beautifully over time.
Clients are responsible for scheduling their touch-up within the recommended window shared at your initial appointment. Booking too early can disrupt healing, while waiting too long may lead to color fade or require more extensive work.
Touch-ups are not included in the original session price and may be charged as new work.
Correction Work | Touch-Up
All correction work or touch ups for previously tattooed brows done by another artist must be approved before booking. This ensures the prior work is workable and that realistic results can be achieved.
Due to the complexity of previous pigment, shape, or saturation, correction services may require multiple sessions to achieve optimal results. Because of this, follow-up appointments for correction work are priced differently from regular touch-ups and are listed under “Maintenance on Corrected Brows” when booking.
Before You Book
-
What to Know Before You Book
It is your responsibility to do your research on any medications you are taking. Please consult with your doctor if you are not sure.
It would be best to wash your hair prior to your brow appointment, as water touching the eyebrows isn’t recommended after the procedure.
Eyebrow Sculptingincludes waxing, shaping, and mapping, is included in all services except waxing in permanent makeup. This is essential for creating precise and tailored results, ensuring your brows look perfectly curated. Please note that sculpting is not applicable for permanent makeup services, as the focus is on the tattooing process.

Aftercare
-
After the procedure, pigments in the area will begin to oxidize and darken over the next 5 days. Hair strokes and shading will appear crisp, dark, and bold, but will soften in appearance to 30-50% of the color once healed.
Aftercare is very important for producing a beautiful and lasting result.ON THE DAY OF PROCEDURE:
Wipe your brows gently with the sterile pad provided within 2 hours of your procedure to remove any lymphatic fluid.
Wipe your brows once again lightly the night of the procedure to remove any lymphatic fluid.
Do not wipe beyond the first day unless instructed
FOR THE FOLLOWING 10–14 DAYS
Keep eyebrows completely dry (Avoid all moisture. No water, sweat, steam, facial products, Vaseline, brow gels, lotions, oils, SPF or makeup on brows etc, unless specifically instructed by your artist. Avoid all until fully healed).
It takes about 4–14 days for brows to fully heal.
When taking a shower, make sure to tilt your head back so the water slides backwards and not directly on the brows.
No facial treatments, chemical peels, laser treatments, microdermabrasion, microneedling, or Botox etc
No sun tanning, saunas, swimming, hot yoga or steam rooms. Let your brows breathe.
No gym workouts or sweating or intense movements of any kind.
No touching, rubbing, picking, or scratching the brows. Let flaking happen naturally. Interrupting this phase will cause uneven healing or pigment loss.
Only if instructed by your artist: very dry clients may apply a rice-grain amount of ointment once daily after day 4, only if brows are too dry and only with approval.
Do not apply ointment if you have oily skin.
THE AFTERCARE DURING THE HEALING PROCESS IS THE VERY IMPORTANT TO TAKE NOTE OF:
No excessive sleeping face-down or friction against brows.
Avoid exercising, sweating, or brow grooming until fully healed.
Keep area dry and avoid sun exposure. UV rays can change pigment color and impact retention.
No steam, sauna, or soaking, swimming, hot yoga.
No skincare products or sunscreen directly on the brows until fully healed.
No laser, chemical peels, exfoliation, or facial procedures to brows.
ALTHOUGH HEALING VARIES DUE TO DIFFERENT SKIN TYPES & LIFESTYLE, BELOW ARE THE MOST COMMON STAGES OF WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE HEALING PROCESS:
DAY OF PROCEDURE: Swelling and redness may occur. Brows will absorb color from the trauma.
DAYS 1–3: Brows will appear darker.Keep them dry and avoid touching.
DAYS 4–7: Skin may begin to flake. Allow flaking and buildup to shed on their own. Don’t scratch, rub, or pick at the scabs.
DAY 8–10: Brows may appear too light or uneven while shedding. This is normal and balances once the skin is fully exfoliated.
DAY 11–14: Skin continues to heal. The pigment will slowly reappear during the natural regeneration cycle.
Week 4–6: You’ll see your final result. Please wait until your touch-up session to make any corrections.
Inform your technician of your semi-permanent brows at the time of any laser procedures or MRIs.
Mild swelling, redness, bruising, dryness, tenderness, or itching in the brow area is normal and part of the healing process. If you experience signs of infection such as redness or bruising (aside from the few hours after your appointment), foul odor, green or yellow discharge, and/or fever, contact a physician immediately. Once medical care has been contacted, please notify me as well.
Please direct all healing-related questions or updates to info@fiamefatale.com. Include your full name, appointment date and clear photos if needed. This ensures you receive a clear, timely response during business hours. -
