👉 No Guests allowed in the procedure room while the procedure is in progress. If you must bring a guest, there is a waiting room that they can wait in.

DEPOSITS:

A non-refundable and non transferrable retainer is required to secure your appointment. The retainer fee is different for different services. This retainer will go towards the price of your service. Canceling your appointment means you will lose your retainer. You will need to submit a new retainer to rebook. Clients who decided to have a patch test done and had allergic reactions & shows concrete proof will be the only ones who will be reimbursed their retainer fee. (This is because these clients cannot be serviced if they had an allergic reaction).

PAYMENTS:

Your remaining balance is due the day of your appointment. Balance is due in CASH ONLY.

PHOTOS/VIDEOS:

Photos and/or videos will be taken before and after the procedure and may be posted on social media for marketing purposes. Please feel free to come in wearing makeup.

RE-SCHEDULING:

You must notify me 48 HOURS in advance if you need to reschedule or reschedule before 48 HOURS. Canceling your appointment without rescheduling means you will lose your retainer. Please understand that without notice, we miss the opportunity to fill the appointment time with clients who want to book. Clients may reschedule up to two (2) times.

NO CALL/NO SHOWS:

You must provide me with at least a 48 HOURS notice that you can’t make it to your appointment. If you reschedule your appointment within 48 hours, you will forfeit your retainer fee and your appointment will be cancelled. If you do not show up to your appointment without any notice you will lose your deposit and will no longer be able to book an appointment with me. No exceptions.

LATE POLICY:

I work on a very tight schedule. If you are more than 20 MINUTES LATE to your appointment I have the right to cancel and you will lose the retainer fee. This is because all clients receive precise work and we will not rush your appointment and others.

TOUCH-UPS:

Touch-ups are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. You are responsible for scheduling your OWN touch-up appointment.

 HEALING/RESULTS:

Results are NOT guaranteed as everyone’s skin is different. Trusting the process is just as important as following the pre-care and aftercare instructions thoroughly. There are many factors that may affect the eyebrow for every service and person so there are no guarantees.

 PERMANENT MAKEUP OVER PREVIOUS WORK (WORK THAT HAS NOT BEEN DONE BY ME):

If you have a previous a tattoo you MUST bring to my attention. No guaranteed results for such cases and must be approved before you decide to book. Failure to do so may result in disappointment and loss of deposit if you arrive to your appointment and it cannot be covered and you will have to reschedule. In some cases where the previous work is too dark, dense, discolored, or too large, tattoo removal will be highly recommended before we begin the cover-up/re-work. Previously tattooed areas and coverups will require additional touch-ups for the best results. GUESTS:

NO kids nor pets as guests, this is for safety reasons and limited space, however there is a waiting area available in the building.

FORMS:

All forms MUST be filled out honestly, completely and submitted in order to be serviced.
